An exceptional culinary event is going to be held at the elegant Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort in El Jadida, along the Atlantic coast of Morocco. The special guest will be the talented and historical chef of our resort: Efisio Mocci.

From 5th to 10th November, chef Mocci will prepare some of his best dishes that perfectly describe the traditional Sardinian cuisine. Guests at the Mazagan Resort will have the opportunity to enjoy a four-course menu including monkfish “Burrida” from Cagliari, vinegard and crispy onions together with the typical “Fregola” pasta with clams and bottarga fish from Cabras  in addition to the turbot in a bread crust on spicy vegetable “panzanella” and curls of crispy squid. At the end, a selection of desserts including traditional sweet “Seadas” with bitter honey, Milk ice cream and extra virgin olive oil.

The unique exchange of culinary traditions also reserves the possibility to take part to cooking classes where chef Mocci will reveal the best kept secrets to prepare delicious dishes such as lobster at Catalan style or arrubiolus, cheese pancakes.
