Cooking lesson at Forte Gourmet
Every day the Forte Gourmet kitchen will be available for the Cooking Master Class. The course will start at 10:30 am in the Forte Gourmet kitchen together with some of our best chef. After the presentation participants will be taken to the Aromi dell’orto (aromas of the garden) where the Chef after a lesson about herbs and aromas will take the herbs for recipes.
Some recipes: Pizza and Focaccia, Pasta, Gnocchi, Ravioli and sauces, Risotto, fish, Italian pastries.
Price: € 250 per person: two hours course. The offer include apron, toque, block for the recipes, a visit to our garden, tasting dishes prepared in the kitchen and diploma of participation.
Wine tasting at Cantina del Forte
A wine tasting experience whit our sommelier.
Wines: two White wines two Red wines
Price: € 35 per person: one hour course. The offer includes corkscrew and tablier of Cantina Del Forte.
Gourmet expérience at Forte Gourmet
A unique gourmet dinner experience with some of our best Chef and our Sommelier to finish the course.
Price: 95 euro per person: six course Gourmet Dinner, wines included.
