- Bellavista Restaurant: traditional Mediterranean cuisine revisited and offered in an à la carte menu.
- Cavalieri Restaurant: salad buffet, cheese assortment, typical regional cold cuts, fresh pasta dishes, a variety of bread and a pastry corner. From the hot buffet the chef will offer you local and Italian dishes.
- Pineta Restaurant: an opulent buffet which is also offered for themed evenings.
- Torre Grill Restaurant: a traditional steak house with grilled meat and a selection of starters.
- Belvedere Restaurant: local dishes with a modern twist coupled with the finest wines. A la carte menu.

- Cantina del Forte: tasting menus suggested by internationally renowned chefs and accompanied by wines of the highest quality.
- Fortino Restaurant: dedicated to the youngest guests: a special menu in a special restaurant where everything is tailored to children’s needs. Open for lunch and dinner.

Traditional Restaurants
At the Forte Village Resort you can begin every day with a journey through the culinary world, sampling Eastern and Western flavours. These dishes begin their creation at dawn when the Executive Chef, Leonardo Concezzi, selects the best ingredients; from freshly-caught fish to vegetables, aromatic herbs and the most flavoursome fruit. Many of these delicacies come from Sardinia.
- Japanese Restaurant: aesthetics and taste infused with authentic Japanese flavours.
- Brazilian Restaurant: a carousel of slowly spit-roasted meats.
- Sardinian Restaurant: Sardinian cuisine is characterised by original ingredients that are rich in flavour. Dishes are served in this restaurant following local tradition.
- Indian Restaurant: hot and spicy tandoori dishes.
