Pores dilate on contact with water, absorbing salts and minerals which the circulatory system then makes flow around the body. This realigns the body’s psychophysical balance.
To ease this natural process, the Thaermae del Forte have created an original series of six baths with decreasing temperatures from 35 to 25 degrees and gradually decreasing salt content.
To ensure that the water at the Thaermae at Forte Village Resort is rich in essential minerals, it is constantly monitored by the University of Cagliari and collected from the sea, just 100 metres away from the Forte Village beach at a depth of 10 metres.
