Forte Lab has a dedicated team of medical nutritionists and naturopaths who study the best diet for each guest. The programmes are based on the principle of functional diet, an approach that focuses on personalised food choice dependent on motor activity, an essential synergy to achieve maximum vital energy.
The diet programme and integration of movement are worked out after carefully assessing the guest’s health status, via a series of detailed analyses at the Forte Lab diagnostic laboratory.
