The 5 foods that should never be missing from a woman’s life

Spa & Wellness

Diets can be counted in their thousands and everyone claims to be able to give out recommendations as to the best components for a quick, effective diet. They talk of losing 5 kilos in 5 days, but those who are a bit sensitive to the question recognise that such a prospect is not possible, at least not in the long term.

Today we have decided to propose 5 excellent foods for your physical and mental health.
The first product that we recommend is the asparagus, with its diuretic and anti-oxidant properties: This plant helps the body to eliminate the most obstinate waste matter and keep the intestine clean and healthy. And 100 grams of asparagus contain only 25 kcal.

Giuseppe Mancino, 2* Chef at the Restaurant, “Il Piccolo Principe”, and one of the protagonists of the Celebrity Chefs Evenings, proposes a determined, refined dish like the Calamarata di Gragnano, with seafood and asparagus. And bearing the signature of Peter Brunel, 1* Michelin Chef of the “Ristorante Caffè dell’oro” in Florence, we have 5 asparagus, red prawns and caviar, a sophisticated, decided, loved use of the plant.
The second tasty ingredient is a herb, rosemary, which is presented in total simplicity and shows itself to be a stimulating and fortifying general tonic. Excellent also for aching muscles, it gives out heat and helps to keep the body in training before and after physical activity.
The Chef Carlo Cracco tells us of his dish with simplicity and taste: ravioli filled with pumpkin cooked over rosemary! What else?

The third ally is olive oil. Yes, that’s right… anyone who thinks it’s bad for them is making a big mistake!
Numerous studies have shown that olive oil reduces deposits of bad cholesterol in the arteries, significantly helps to re-activate lazy metabolism and, more in general, is an excellent ally for the digestion.
The Michelin 2* Chefs Fabio Pisani and Alessandro Negrini have chosen a very special oil for their “Carnaroli Risotto with Nocellara olive oil, with Sanremo prawns, capers from Pantelleria and oregano from Vendicari”. Choose you oil carefully and don’t be afraid to use it!

The beneficial effects and properties of the last two ingredients are well known: blueberries are faithful friends and allies for the circulation and have important beneficial ant-oxidant effects! The best thing for a woman’s skin and legs!

Last comes Quinoa, rich in protein and alimentary fibre.
It contains a good proportion of minerals and vitamins, in particular magnesium, vitamin C and vitamin E.

5 elements for your 5 senses.

Happy Cooking!
