Starting from Monday 27th January until Saturday 1st February the exclusive Royal Automobile Club in London becomes the setting for an exceptional food and wine event dedicated to the very best of Sardinian cuisine. Our Chefs, Paolo Simioni and Efisio Mocci, interpreters of traditional Sardinian cuisine, will prepare some of their finest dishes. Guests of the RAC will have the opportunity to taste a refined menu that includes delicacies such as the red tuna carpaccio with crunchy seasonal salad, coriander guacamole and poppy seed grissini and the traditinal Sardinia fregola with turbot fillet and local Campidano artichokes.
Nello Cassese, resident Chef of our Tuscan sister property – Castel Monastero, will also be in attendance at the Royal Automobile Club, with a classic Tuscan tasting menu.
