Special guest Martin Castrogiovanni will join the coaches at the Forte Village Rugby Academy from 4 to 11 July 2015.
Martin Leandro Castrogiovanni, thirty-four year old Italian-Argentin, has the curriculum of a true legend. Better known to the public as “Castro”, he has enchanted audiences of rugby leagues in Italy, England and France. Castro, who was born in Argentina but of Sicilian origin, has been a cornerstone of the National Italian Rugby team since 2002.
His arena, from 4th to 11th July 2015, will be the Forte Village Resort, award-winning resort overlooking the crystal waters of southern Sardinia, where sporting passion and culture are at home. Castro will join other two top rugby stars, Ben Kay and Tom May for seventh edition of the Forte Village Rugby Academy. The sporting calendar at the Forte Village Rugby Academy alternates rugby legends to vary the training offered to its guests aged between 5 and 16 years. The choice of stars is possible due to the partnership with Super Skills Travel, a British company founded by stars of rugby such as Austin Healey and Will Greenwood.
In short, athletes are born and continue to thrive, thanks to the example of the great champions who transmit passion and technical skills to young sports fans, especially here on the Forte village rugby fields.
