CANCELLATION POLICY

For all bookings arriving before the 30th of June:

– free cancellation possible up to 15 days prior to arrival

– cancellations from 14 days prior to arrival: hotel will charge 100% penalty

For all bookings arriving from the 1st of July:

– free cancellation possible up to 31 days prior to arrival

– cancellations between 30 to 15 days prior to arrival:

–          Hotel will charge 100% penalty for Suites & Luxury Rooms at Hotel Castello, Le Dune Suites, Waterfront Suites, Villas.

–          Hotel will charge 25% penalty for all other room categories.

– cancellations from 14 days prior to arrival: hotel will charge 100% penalty

DEPOSIT POLICY

– 25% deposit is required within 14 days from the time of booking

– 75% remaining amount has to be paid latest by 1 month prior to arrival

Credit Card as guarantee: the Credit Card is only to guarantee the booking. You will be contacted by us to proceed with the payment based on our policies.

CHILDREN POLICY:

– Children reduction of 100% for children between 0 and 1 years

– Children reduction of 50% for children between 2 and 12 years

– Children starting from 13 years pay the adults rate and are to indicate in the field of number of adults in the reservation search criteria form!

Check-in time is from 02.00 PM & check-out until 11.00 AM

Should you wish to change/cancel an existing reservation, you are required to visit our website www.fortevillage.com or do it directly from the confirmation mail on available cancellation link.
