To offer our guests an even smoother, more comfortable, and stress-free travel experience, we have introduced an exclusive Meet & Greet service available at Italy’s main airports (FCO, MXP, LIN).

Following recent operational changes regarding airport transits—which now require baggage claim and new check-in procedures even for connecting flights—this service was created to simplify every stage of the journey.

Thanks to this new partnership:

• A dedicated assistant will welcome the guest at the airport,
• Manage all transit and reboarding procedures,
• Significantly reduce waiting times and travel-related stress.

The service is offered at a flat rate per passenger and is available at major airport hubs.
