An inspiring fusion of finest quality products, fresh, local ingredients and his authentic, untamed Scandinavian Cuisine – feeling the elements, tasting the flavours, embracing the respect for nature – all prepared to perfection on open fire at our Forte Bay terrace restaurant!

Chef Massimiliano Mascia, of San Domenico di Imola, brings the excellence of Romagna cuisine to Forte Village. The menù will be enriched with summer dishes designed to take advantage of the seasonality of the raw ingredients and proximity to the sea.

To complete the menù, there are other typical Italian dishes such as the Caprese di Bufala, made with buffalo milk cheese, freshly sliced cold meats and a wide selection of fresh salads. The wine list concentrates mainly on Sardinian wines and offers an ample choice of Italian craft beers.

A magnificent seafood restaurant that looks out to sea, the perfect place to enjoy a selection of fresh fish and crustacean, all cooked on the grill. In addition, is a wonderful choice of salads, cheeses and local cured meats. Homemade desserts and icecreams complete the meal. Open from July to the beginning of September.
