Acquaforte Thalasso and Spa thalassotherapy is based on the use of seawater at various temperatures and salt densities. Nestled in the wonderful gardens of Forte Village, the thalassotherapy path is structured into six pools of pure Sardinian seawater, drawn at a depth of ten metres and at a distance of more than a hundred metres from the shore.
The first three pools reap the benefits of high temperatures and a high salt concentration, to carry out their detoxifying, draining and anti-inflammatory action. On the other hand, the last three pools, with a lower salt concentration and lower temperatures, aim to restore your energy, by facilitating muscle relaxation and stabilising the exchange between mineral salts and the body.
These treatments can be useful not only for your general well-being, but also in case of dermatological diseases. They can increase the release of endorphins and encourage psychophysical relaxation.
