Acquaforte Thalasso&Spa is set in a wonderful private tropical garden where it encourages a profound and holistic search for wellbeing.

The experience of our therapists and the professionalism of our medical consultants means we can offer a personalised programme for each patient based on their individual requirements and needs.

All treatments begin with a consultation, followed by clinical medical tests to establish the patient’s state of health.

The 4 or 7-day treatment package does not include accommodation; a minimum stay of 3 or 6 nights must be booked in a Deluxe Bungalow, starting from 315 € from 5 May to 15 June, and from 410 from 16 June to 31 August, per person per night, with half board in a double room.

Deep Detox

Ideal for detoxifying and restoring balance to both body and mind, this programme includes daily immersion in the six pools of the thalassotherapy circuit, helping to purify and lighten the body by eliminating toxins, reducing water retention and relieving stress. The benefits are enhanced by detox treatments and massages performed in high-salinity seawater, complemented by a nutritional consultation to help maintain long-term results.

Body Reset

Designed for those looking to restore muscle tone, energy and vitality, this programme accelerates the osmosis process through seawater, which helps draw out retained fluids while releasing its valuable minerals into the body, supporting the elimination of toxins and the effects of water retention. The programme includes daily thalassotherapy sessions, detox massages, vasoconstriction treatments for the legs, cryosauna sessions and personalised training at the Performance Center.

Age Well

This programme is ideal for both men and women who wish to address the ageing process in an effective and healthy way. The thalassotherapy pools promote remarkable cellular regeneration and detoxification, complemented by treatments designed to improve tissue microcirculation and enhance muscle tone.

Menopause Wellbeing

The thalassotherapy circuit can help alleviate common symptoms associated with menopause. The first pool, rich in magnesium and with a salinity density of 33° Bé, stimulates the production of γ-endorphins, the “feel-good hormones”, helping to ease mood swings, hot flushes and insomnia while also reducing water retention through an accelerated osmosis process. The programme is complemented by personalised treatments including marine mud therapy, thalassotherapy massages in sodium-rich seawater and therapeutic massage treatments.

Pregnancy Wellbeing

This programme makes the most of the unique properties of seawater, whose characteristics resemble those of amniotic fluid, creating an ideal environment for expectant mothers. The third high-salinity pool helps reduce water retention and supports gentle physical activity, which is particularly important during pregnancy. The programme can also support the management of conditions such as pre-eclampsia by helping to control weight gain and water retention, offering significant benefits for women between the 26th and 38th weeks of pregnancy.

Cardio Performance

This programme is ideal for sports enthusiasts and those looking to improve their cardiovascular health. It includes cardiopulmonary exercise testing, VO₂ max assessments, personal training sessions and sports massages, providing a structured programme designed to improve overall fitness and endurance.
